When will I be billed?

Once your order has been placed, you will be billed as long as your billing information is valid and you haven't cancelled.
 
 

How do I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information by logging into your account by clicking “My Account" on the Boxapy home page.  From there, go to "Billing Information" and click the "Edit" button to make changes.  

If payment isn’t successful on our first try, we’ll send you a notification so you can resolve any issues. We'll make several more attempts to collect payment until our billing period ends (which is usually after the mid-point of the month).
 

Is your billing system secure?

Yes, we respect our customers and take your security very seriously.

Also, as stated in our privacy policy, we will not disclose your personally identifiable information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
